Made a great spaghetti dish tonight! Just added a few different things.
Boiled whole weat, thin spaghetti noodles. After boiling, moved noodles to a skillet and simmered with 2 tablespoons of butter. Added fresh cut chives, garlic powder, a dash of sugar, salt, pepper, and orange and green bellpepper to add fun colors!
Baked 2 chicken breasts rubbed in ragu sauce and sprinkled with shredded cheese, onion, garlic powder and bellpepper. Took about 20 min.
Moved noodles to a serving dish.
Transferred chicken to skillet, and simmered for about 10 min in butter and ragu sauce. Added sliced onion, salt, and pepper.
Topped with shredded cheese and fresh chopped chives.
Served with oven baked garlic toast!
